The property at Beethovenstraße 9–11 / W.-Rathenau-Straße 40 near Luisengarten was renovated between 2022 and 2023. The buildings have been completely emptied, gutted, and cleared out. Floor plan changes will create a total of 99 rooms, which are intended for rental to students and trainees.

The following divisions will apply:

  - 15 shared apartments with 2 rooms
  - 10 shared apartments with 1 room

The advantage of a shared apartment is that it is usually a larger apartment used by several independent individuals. Everyone has their own room where they can retreat. It also makes sense for people of the same nationality to live in a shared apartment, as living habits can vary considerably.
